Advice to Young Composers by Annie Gosfield
To break my trend of not posting recently, I’ve decided to cheat a little bit by using an article by composer Annie Gosfield. This article was sent to me by my composition professor Roshanne Etezady, and it possesses a lot of thoughts that I feel are extremely inspiring to not only composers, but musicians in general. And because of this, I feel as though it should be made as accessible to the musical world as it can be.
